Running for Charity
In a very freezing town centre, UIS took part in the Telethon 24hour running relay. Our School was represented by four teams made up by parents, students, teachers and secretaries who volunteered for their 1-hour leg for this wonderful initiative aimed at raising funds for research on genetic diseases. A special thank-you to all those who competed as well as to the team of staff who helped organise the event and assisted the runners throughout the two days. It was once again an opportunity to see the members of our school community coming together to make a positive contribution to our wider community and participate in an event in the name of the school. Well done!
